Bay Path University–whose undergraduate programs serve traditional and adult women students—launched a new curricular program, the Women as Empowered Learners and Leaders (WELL) Program with support from a BT2P Program Development Grant. WELL recast the core curriculum to integrate active learning, reflection, personal well-being, and civic engagement with lifelong learning and leadership development. Grant funds were used to create opportunities for civic engagement projects and to train faculty in the assessment of WELL outcomes.
